The Indiramma Indlu Housing Scheme is a Telangana Government initiative designed to provide permanent housing to eligible families. The scheme mainly targets economically weaker sections, including SC, ST, BC, minority communities, and homeless households.
As per the guidelines, beneficiaries must be permanent residents of Telangana, should not own a pucca house, and must meet the income and eligibility criteria fixed by the government. Priority is given to vulnerable groups such as widows, disabled persons, senior citizens, and families living in kutcha houses.
Applications are verified through document checking and field inspection by local authorities. Only applicants found eligible during verification are approved for housing assistance. Beneficiaries can track their application status online, submit grievances if needed, and must use the assistance strictly for house construction as per approved norms.
The guidelines aim to ensure fair selection, transparency, and timely delivery of housing benefits to deserving families.
